머리 써멀마네킨은 모든 종류의 헬멧 및 모자에 대한 테스트를 위해 개발되었습니다.
열의 손실을 정확히 분석하여 헬멧 및 모자의 디자인, 설계, 단열, 환기의 효과를 측정하여 정량화 할 수 있습니다. 머리 써멀마네킨은 Dry 또는 Sweating 형식 모두 사용 가능합니다.
영역의 분할은 의류의 영향이나 이마, 두피, 목 등의 각 영역의 열 손실 차이를 분석할 수 있습니다.
ThermDAC 소프트웨어와 전용 컴퓨터로 전체 열 제어, 오류 검출 및 실시간 데이터를 받아 볼 수 있습니다.

ThermDAC Control Software
ThermDAC was developed by Measurement Technology Northwest specifically for manikin and hotplate systems. It is a user-friendly, intuitive, Windows-based application providing full device control, fault detection, data logging and analysis capabilities. Manikin system configuration and calibration can also be carried out within ThermDAC.

ThermDAC includes the following special features:
• Color coded manikin pictorial displays, selectable for any manikin variable (temperature, heat flux, resistance, etc.)
• Automatic steady state detection
• User programmable work cycle simulation
• Instantaneous bar graph and time history line graph for any user selectable manikin variable
• Real-time calculation of test statistics over any user defined time interval
• Manikin control modes: temperature regulation, constant heat flux, and comfort equation.
